RMTS has forged a unique niche in the insurance market. As a leader in providing stop loss insurance for self-insured groups, RMTS’ foundation is one built on stable, long-standing relationships, a commitment to service and the ability and flexibility to execute in an ever-changing insurance market

RMTS’ executive offices are located in lower Manhattan’s Old Mercantile Exchange Building, a historic structure built in 1872. The Company continues to build on the legacy of the original occupants of the building, a group of dairy merchants who realized and seized upon the opportunity to work together for a greater common good, and to build what eventually became an integral part of the commerce of the financial capital of the world.

AIS Re, a Bermuda-domiciled reinsurance company established and owned by RMTS’ principals, participates in all risks underwritten by RMTS. This risk participation provides the Company with authority to make decisions on behalf of its insurance partners and quickly respond to specific client needs.
