Thomas J. Axon

Thomas J. Axon is the founder of RMTS and continues today to serve as the Company’s Chairman. Tom also founded and serves as the Chairman of our Bermuda based reinsurance company, AIS Re. In addition, Tom is the majority shareholder and Chairman of a publicly traded finance company, Franklin Credit Management Corporation (stock symbol “FCMC”), a company he began in 1987. Tom also serves as the president of several real estate ventures in New York City. His leadership has been critical to RMTS becoming the premier source for professional sports disability products, as well as overseeing the Company significant expansion in the medical stop loss and group life markets. Tom Received his BA from Franklin & Marshall College and attended NYU’s Stern Graduate School of Business.

David P. Kalm

David P. Kalm is RMTS’ President and Chief Executive Officer. He joined RMTS in 1999. Before RMTS, Dave specialized in insurance matters with the New York law firm of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Green and MacRae LLP, where he represented many of the globe’s leading insurance and reinsurance companies. Dave received his Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall where he served as a twice-published member of the Law Review. He received his BA from Rutgers University with a double major in History and English Literature.

Eugene T. Wilkinson

Eugene T. Wilkinson has over 30 years of insurance, reinsurance and managed care experience. He owned and managed the largest accident and health reinsurance facility prior to its sale and the Nation’s most comprehensive tertiary facility. Mr. Wilkinson graduated cum laude from Ohio University and attended New York University Graduate School of Business.

Steven W. Lefkowitz

Steven W. Lefkowitz is the founder and President of Wade Capital Corporation, a privately held investment firm. From 1988 to 1990, Mr. Lefkowitz served as a Vice President of Corporate Finance for Drexel Burnham Lambert, Incorporated. Mr. Lefkowitz also serves on the Board of Directors of several private companies. Mr. Lefkowitz holds a B.A in history from Dartmouth College and a Masters in Business Administration from Columbia University.
